Halagral
Halagral is a subterranean region of the Brucrumus continent. It is two tiers down from the surface, directly under the Menortamon Region.

Halagral is haven to three kuo-toa and two fomorian empires. If it were not for their instability and constant fighting, they would be a serious threat to the Underdark region above them and possibly even to the surface lands of the High Wood Country.
