Wind Warden is a mammoth, natural spire of rock jutting from the heart of the Hullback Forest. At 650' above sea level, it is the highest point on Rest.
The winds of the Sea of Mourning whip around and through dozens of natural caves honeycombing Wind Warden. This wind rings the thousands of chimes placed in the caves by the Circle of Hullback. Locals say that the chimes calm the people of the island and limit the depredations of the island's pirates (c.f. League of Gyalech).
Wind Warden serves as the headquarters of the Circle of Hullback.
