Phara-Bal was founded early in the First Epoch by talaxan colonizers out of Ukhelgas. The architecture of this city was influenced from the many spans and step pyramids found in the Lith-Crillion ruin Crillius-Sarrus.
Between 1587 and 1590, Phara-Bal was at war with the wererat armies of Free Tooth. In 1590, Phara-Bal was sacked. Most of the talaxan survivors of this conflict went south, returning to their holdings in Dechôz.
