Inzilêth is sited in the Ugradrath mountain range. It is a towering ridge on the eastern side of the Alarthand river. This area was once a major protracted battlefield between the Khazarkar Empire and the Orchish Empire. In the Third Ugradrath War, the opposing forces built fortresses all along the cliffs. They bombarded each other with siege engines, made sorties across a enormous natural bridge and utilized pontoon bridges and boats in attempts to dislodge each other. The ruins of the gargantuan bridge called Borangrak Bridge was destroyed in the Battle of Borangrak Bridge.
Since the Year 1800, Inzilêth and its fortifications have suffered a lot of damage from earthquakes and the increasing activity of the Phazgamir volcano.
