The graveyards on Necrocrypt are commonly referred to as The Gardens. When someone dies, they are put into the garden, where later they will "grow" into an undead. This growing comes from long tendrils of negative energy that feed the bodies. This is a slower process than using a spell like animate dead, but works the same. Advances in these tendrils led to the development of Black Tide's skyships, the Harvesters.
"Gardeners" keep the place these graveyards well-kept, rivaling that of what druids would do with their gardens.
The largest Garden of Bone is outside the Mularûn's walls. Numerous mausoleums, crypts, and countless graves cover the one mile diameter of this place.
