This wide river is a major trade way for the civilizations along the coasts of the Core Sea, namely the Khazarkar Empire, Ithengee, and the Orchish Empire. It also has its fair share of pirating and raiding. It headwaters start at the Core Sea. It then flows north, shadowed by the towering walls of the Feyl escarpment. The river ends at a vast delta spilling into Nautrek. The Eldorien is three miles wide where it meets this cold sea.
The most remarkable feature along the river is the ruined bridge of Svarmaer. All that remains of this marvel of engineering are a dozen towers of rock that once supported an enormous bridge.
