Cleoxhar is a temperate rain forest of northern Skegjold. It is frequently wracked with storms and deluges. The sound of breaking ice packs in the Rute is common on the forest's western edge. The forest is sited in the Sahurrigath valley. This part of the valley and the forest are commonly blanketed in deep fog. Cleoxhar gets a lot of rain and the place has thousands of streams and pools. Even the roads in the area are rugged and require four times as long to move along than a road in the lowlands.
Near the northern tracts of the forest, where it meets the Ice Cap, travelers have a good chance of encountering ice trolls and yeti. Some bands of Azwyr Amoruk also hunt in this area.
