The Nautrek Deal was a pact between the Quara'tun Covenant and the primordial lords Geb and Surtur. It gave the Covenant extra firepower in their war with the Abyssal Hegemony, and freed up resources in trying to track down two very crafty primordial lords. For Geb and Surtur, it gave them the chance to take the path of Ascension.
The signing of the Nautrek Deal was done in an area where no party would have an advantage. This neutral ground was the primordial ghost ship Halatrax. The parties signed the deal while this ship made its unguided course across the Nautrek Sea.
