In the middle of the Dechôz region is a sea that is roughly 2600' below the surface. It is open to the skies above, surrounded by towering cliffs thick with tropical vegetation and innumerable vines. There are trails going down through this vegetation. These are maintained by traders or those with interests down below. The sea is linked with the subterranean realm, cavernous passages and waterways to underground settlements.
