Unit AT-26 was created by the Mutant Progress Bureau. He is a mountain of a man, 6'8" and 400lbs of brawn. He got his letter number designation as a Doom Soldier, serving in Paradomea City quasi-military police force.
In Dreamer 1832, his fortune changed when the Pillar of Horns stopped in Paradoma capital city. He was purchased from the Mutant Progress Bureau by a member of the ship's crew. Negral, adopted son of Ba'lith's emperor, was given a writ allowing the purchase of something that is normally not for sale. Negral nicknamed him Atlas.
Atlas, a Doom Soldier highly trained in the martial arts, rushes two wounded goblins as they toss a length of rope over the Pillar's engine. He smashes down with an open hand at the first, sending its head into the side of the engine. The other he grabs by the neck, squeezing it hard, then throwing him against the wall. Two more goblins draw short swords, lunging at him. He backs up, forcing them to come around the engine to reach him. He reaches to his sides, pulling out his two war hammers, each with a head carved from a piece of Deep Rock.
- from the Godspawn Saga
