Otroki is a storm giant admiral of Griddrir's navy. His flagship is the Sladdvir.
In the Cinazan Front, he twice sent his fleet of nine skyships against the Pillar of Horns. These actions were the Battle of the Weathermaker's Embrace and Battle for the Sphere. These battles were instigated by agents of the Edritch Conclave in what has been called the Aslauthroa Plot.
Ottroki is described a neatly trimmed blue bear, deep blue eyes, snowy white eyebrows that point out to the sides like spears, and of large muscular frame.
