Isheba is a dichotomy, an alluring face with emerald eyes, beauty that awes and makes men gasp, yet surrounded by a shroud of angry asps. This medusa is not one to be trifled with, she can be a gentle and sweet to those who follow her biddings, oppose her, and you will see a violent temper and a face cloaked in spitting and noisy snakes.
In 1805, she became Ningizzida's ruler. She and her Fanged Court control the great wetlands of Sinarag. Outside of the loose borders of the empire it is chaos with rule by local chieftains imposing their will by strength and fear. Isheba monitors these groups closely with spies making sure they don't join into a force to threaten her rule.
