Groggumblus is the self-proclaimed ruler of the swamp Theruleth. He is a rogue death slaad, gated in centuries ago by the Mad Wizard Flay. This wizard met his doom when Groggumblus teamed up with the hag Thryunkian. After the defeat of Flay, Groggumblus took over his keep Tridrak, and then went on to subdue several large Graagvrii tribes. His control spread over the area then extended to some groups of trolls and the foraging of alliances with a few black dragons.
