Stegniir Inhus is Draconic for Ladder of Mastery. It is the name of the government of the dragon-blood empire Thashangriel. The government is just as chaotic as its people and one of rule by force, subterfuge, and guile. It is largely a government based on a power hierarchy with knowledge of station a lesser concern.
