Troghaven was the first major settlement of the Trogs. In 621 LE, after centuries of wandering and raiding, a group of nearly a hundred settled down on the western banks of the Damazandal River. It became a river trading post for trogs, then others. The money flowing through the place resulted in it changing hands many times. It has several times been a vassal state of the kuo-toan empire of Âkhi. Currently, it is a hold of the kingdom of Zandûl-Khâl.
